The Guardian's 50 Most Powerful Blogs In The World
The Observer, Sunday publication of sister newspaper The Guardian, announced its picks for The World's 50 Most Powerful Blogs -- and guess what?
Six of the Top 10 (that's 60%!) blogs in the world are powered by Movable Type.
We have always known that our bloggers are our greatest asset but it's gratifying when the rest of the world notices it too. Among the best of the best were The Huffington Post (#1), Boing Boing (#2), Kottke (#4), Talking Points Memo (#7), Beppe Grillo (#9) and Gawker (#10). In addition, numbers 11 through 50 include still more excellent Movable Type and TypePad blogs, such as Chez Pim, Marbury, Jezebel, Greek Tragedy, Go Fug Yourself, Gaping Void, Chocolate & Zucchini, Samizdata, The Daily Dish and Stylebubble.
We don't mean to be smug, but... that says something, doesn't it?
